Clearway Health recently announced our 2026 Certification™ by Great Place To Work® for the fourth consecutive year. This prestigious award is based entirely on what our current team members say about their experience working for our organization. One important key metric that stood out from this survey was that:

  • 94% of our team members feel good about the ways they contribute to the community.

Our organization is incredibly proud of this sentiment and of our Pay It Forward program, an initiative that encourages team members to make a difference through modeling the importance of philanthropy to transform the communities we serve. Team members are invited to take time away from work to volunteer at a non-profit organization that is meaningful to them to give back to their communities. They also participate in Pay It Forward initiatives during team meetings to work together in giving back to their communities. Pay It Forward is a core principle that drives team members at Clearway Health.

Here are some examples of our most recent Pay It Forward initiatives in action.

Paying It Forward in the Communities We Serve

Each year, Clearway Health supports our client partners by making a commitment to participate in their philanthropic events through our attendance and financial support.

In May 2026, Clearway Health sponsored The Brooklyn Hospital Center’s Founder’s Ball for the third year in a row. This inspiring annual event supports The Brooklyn Hospital Center’s (TBHC) mission to provide outstanding health services to the people of Brooklyn and beyond. As champions of health equity and access, Clearway Health was honored to stand alongside our client and other dedicated partners who are shaping the future of healthcare. This year’s event honored Robert DiGregorio, PharmD, FNAP, Chief Pharmacotherapy Officer, as a 2026 Walter E. Reed Medalist recipient.

Also in May, Daniel Madrid, PharmD, MBA, Clearway Health’s director of specialty pharmacy at Sinai Chicago participated in the hospital’s 4th Annual Wellness and Resource Fair. This free event features health screenings, insurance enrollment, nutrition demos and raffles. This is another example of how we show up for our partners -- and what makes our organization unique.

In March 2026, we supported Signature Healthcare in Brockton, MA in their 2026 Champions Fighting Cancer Walk for the second year in a row. For 24 years, Signature Healthcare and the Chrystine M. Sullivan Memorial Foundation have united the community in the fight against cancer, raising over $4 million to support patients and families. We are proud to sponsor this incredible event hosted by our client partner and join such a passionate organization supporting vital services at the Greene Cancer Center and beyond. A group of Clearway Health team members also helped to raise money and participated in the walk alongside our partners.

Cottage Health’s Tiara Ball was sponsored by Clearway Health in March to support Cottage Children’s Medical Center in ensuring every child receives the care and comfort they deserve. Proceeds from the event support the youngest patients by continuing to sustain the full spectrum of pediatric care, from emergency services and over a dozen outpatient specialties to the quiet comforts that support a child’s healing.

Clearway Health Team Members Gather to Pay It Forward

In March, our senior leadership team met in Nashville for their annual strategy meeting -- a time to collaborate and plan for the year ahead. What stood out the most wasn't just the conversations in the room, but the opportunity to pay it forward. The senior leadership team had a great time building comfort kits for oncology patients for Clearway Health’s partner hospital, Med Center Health, as part of their 100 Acts of Service to celebrate 100 years of serving Southcentral Kentucky. Together, we actively advance our company’s mission to support the communities where our clients and their patients live and receive care.
