*Food Recommendations

* Drink ½ your weight in ounces per day (if you consume caffeinated drinks, replace water ounce for ounce)

  • Wheat
  • Dairy
  • Sugar
  • Caffeine
  • Fried foods
  • Carbonated drinks
  • Heavy flesh proteins
  • Alcohol


  • 50% - 60% raw fruits and vegetables (mostly juicy fruits and green, non-starchy vegetables)
  • Whole organic flaxseed (keep in refrigerator: ground fresh, minutes before consuming to prevent oxidation) 2 - 4 TBSP. in water 1 - 2/day (natural stool softener, provides fiber, source of “good” oils - lubricates tissue, helps with bowel movements)

  • Probiotics daily (to maintain balance between 80 - 85% good bacteria to 15 - 20% bad bacteria in the colon)

  • Digestive enzymes/hydrochloric acid daily (to ensure your food is being digested, metabolized, assimilated and eliminated properly)

  • Green powder/drink daily (for energy, healthy blood, skin)

* General recommendations *

* Drink liquids ½ hour prior to meals or 2 hours after (liquids dilute the digestive enzymes in the body)

* Practice proper food combining, as follows: (to ensure food is being digested properly thereby freeing up the body with more energy since different foods digest at different rates)

-Eat fruit alone (melons alone from other fruits). Eat only fruits until 12 noon - the body is in “elimination” mode after awakening.

* Practice dry skin brushing (purchase a natural bristle brush: looks like the type with the long handle that you use in the shower) brush in long strokes towards the heart prior to getting in the shower. (to move the lymphatic system and remove dead skin cells)

* Sweat daily (exercise - especially stretching with breathing, sauna)

* Breathe deeply daily (especially under stress)

* Do something that brings you joy daily

* Pay attention to your emotional body - notice what you are feeling; allow the feelings to come up and out.

1 apple (cut-up) 1 carrot (cut-up) 3 dates (pitted - optional) 2 handfuls of dark, green leafy vegetable (kale, beet greens, spinach, romaine lettuce, Swiss chard) 1 TBSP. Dr. Greens

Put everything in a blender. Add water and blend. Drink daily. (The fruit can be omitted if you are following a parasite/candida cleanse)
